Booked as an emergency due to all planes grounded due to weather. The staff were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Nicer than where we originally stayed in Alykes however the location (Laganas) is not really my cup of tea. Amazing hotel though and I would consider it late in the season.

Stayed one night as airport closed due to storms. The staff were fantastic and so welcoming and the local supermarket. Everyone really helpful and pleasant. The hotel rooms are beautiful and so fresh and clean. Lovely pool too.

Karras Hotel has great hospitality spirit, it is well located, rooms are big and clean. The staff is professional with great service attitude. breakfast is rich with great food and the generosity is all over the place. for sure I will return!

The hotel was modern,clean and had a nice atmosphere. It is in a good location 5 minutes to the beach around 10 minutes to the strip.I would definitely return to this hotel. Spirolena was an amazing host and very accommodating and helpful.

The location of the hotel was very good, the manager of the hotel was very careful to our needs and responded very prompt to each request giving us directions for the most interesting places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Karras hotel. We were helped to upgrade the room without any problems and the staff were very helpful! Also very grateful for the clean rooms. It is also nice that the hotel is not close to parties, but still close to the beach and shops. Highly recommend the hotel. / Helena L
